Team Performance

Once the team has been identified and expectations established, the next focus of activities becomes identification of key performance metrics that will drive the increased performance needs of the individual and organization. This process involves linking goals and objectives to relevant metrics as they are defined by the organization's value proposition, then identifying how these apply to the internal customers and suppliers of each department and individuals within that department.
