Retirement Administrative Assistant

The qualified individual will support the Kushner & Company team in all administrative and office tasks with additional administrative support for the Retirement Team on an ongoing and project basis.

Retirement Administrative Assistant

Position Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative tasks including but not limited to sorting, opening, and distributing daily mail delivery and preparation of some outgoing mail
  • Preparation of the daily bank deposit
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Proactively support Director of Retirement Services and Retirement Account Managers with data entry, scanning, auditing and filing of documents and other information
  • Process Retirement participant communications and annual notice mailings
  • Assists with ongoing updates to Retirement databases in excel and Constant Contacts
  • Completes downloading of annual Retirement trust statements from recordkeeping platforms
  • Processes mailing of monthly invoices
  • Other project-based tasks as assigned
  • Collaboratively work in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational outcomes with
    transparency and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them in person or by phone with a positive and friendly attitude. May answer incoming calls and redirect calls as appropriate to TeamĀ  Members.
  • Maintains general office cleanliness (keeping kitchen organized, keeping printer and office supplies stocked, etc.).

  • Computer skills with demonstrated abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as general web tools such as email, shared calendars, and browser searches
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
