Give Your Employees the Attention They Deserve

Flexible Spending Accounts
Sometimes referred to as reimbursement accounts, FSAs let you take money from your paycheck before it is taxed to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent day care expenses. Funds put into the plan avoid Federal Income Tax, FICA and most state taxes.

Health Reimbursement Arrangements
HRAs come in many flavors. At Kushner & Company, we tailor the appropriate HRA to each employer’s and their employees’ needs. An HRA can increase an employee’s health care coverage and at the same time reduce an employer’s overall health care costs.

Health Savings Account
HSAs allow you to save for future medical expenses, work like a personal bank or investment account, allow tax-free contributions in most cases, and roll over unused dollars until you need them. HSAs work in conjunction with a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

Qualified Small Employer HRA
A newer form of HRA, the QSEHRA was created out of the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016 and became effective starting January 1, 2017. In order to sponsor a QSEHRA, you must meet several requirements, all of which Kushner & Company can help you navigate.

Individual Coverage HRA
In an ICHRA, the employer can contribute dollars to reimburse an employee for eligible individual single or family health coverage or Medicare coverage of Parts B or D, whether offered on an ACA Exchange or off of it or through Medicare.

Excepted Benefit HRA
Excepted Benefit Health Reimbursement Arrangements (EBHRA) allows employers to contribute to an account that reimburses employees for unreimbursed eligible individual medical expenses without regard to whether that employee is enrolled in a group or individual health plan.
