Benefit Card

Employers can optionally give participants Kushner & Company debit cards which gives participants easy access to the funds in their tax-advantaged benefit accounts by swiping the card at the point of sale, such as their doctor’s office or pharmacy. The card can be used at any qualiified service provider that accepts MasterCard. Funds are automatically transferred from the employer’s benefit account directly to the qualified providers with no out-of-pocket costs.

Participants can view their transaction history, current balance, claim status, and more by logging in online.

One card can access any or all of the employee’s benefit accounts:

  • Health care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Dependent care FSA
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Qualified Parking account
  • Transit account

Kushner & Company’s debit card enables participants to easily pay for eligible medical expenses under their plan.
